I recently upgraded to windows 10 and now iolite has stopped working. How can I fix this?

Windows 10 has a new feature: “Let Windows manage my default printer”. This is on by default. You can turn it off using the Printers&Scanners section of the Settings window. This feature is causing the crash.

A workaround is to turn this feature off in the Settings window and then verify that there is an explicitly selected default printer in the Printers control panel. Alternatively, you can right-click a printer icon and choose Set as Default Printer in the Printers control panel. This turns “Let Windows manage my default printer” off. With “Let Windows manage my default printer” off, the crash does not occur.

The Igor6 nightly build has a fix so that the “Let Windows manage my default printer” feature will not cause Igor to crash even if it is on.
