    Hi,
Is there any way to get Iolite place isotope ratios on the drop-down list with “chanels to dispaly” in CellSpace?
    Thanks
    Tomas

    Hi again,

More precisely I want to only perform base line subtraction and then use CellSpace for imaging element ratios, e.g. Mg/Ca, Sr/Ca, Ba/Ca, etc…

    Thanks
    Tomas

    Hi Tomas,

You should be able to achieve that by modifying a copy of the DRS you are using. If you are using a copy of the Trace Elements DRS, you would have to disregard the part of the code that calculates the final concentrations and pass the intermediate channels (element ratios) as the output channels.

You can find more resources on programming in Igor Pro here and here.
